Abstract The development of modern meteorological technology and the rapid development of modern communication and computer technology are closely related,the key of the meteorological disaster prevention is early detection,early warning and early response.With the popularity of intelligent microprocessor,smart phones, tablet computer, and the internet application,human society entered the intelligent information era.Meteorological disaster prevention need to make full use of modern intelligent iot technology connects the combination of automatic meteorological station and these popularity of intelligent terminals,to implement centralized collection and analysis of meteorological disaster information,and timely warning to the public.

In recent years, the phenomenon of extreme weather and meteorological disasters were observed and recorded increased, showed a trend of frequent occurrence. Strong lightning, short-time heavy rain, hail, tornadoes and other strong convective weather is its main form of expression. They have strong local character, strong burst, small scale (less space), the duration is relatively short, the development of more rapid and other characteristics. They can release a powerful force in a short period of time, have very strong destruction and disaster, to people's life and property security to a greater threat.
