Eyelation is revolutionary eye safety program that uses web-based technology to simply and affordably bring prescription safety glasses to every employee, on every shift, at every location.

Prior to install, companies provide Eyelation with a list of employees, benefit details, and eligibility dates. The information is stored in Eyelation’s database and is accessed by employees at the kiosk eliminating the need for an administrator to track the information.

Vertically stacked - high resolution camera system
Kiosks use a patent pending vertical camera system to capture the employees scaled image so an Eyelation optician can take measurements.

Swipe card to login or pay balance
Employees are issued login cards for the kiosk. The card can be swiped to enter the employees username and password for them or they can manually enter their Eyelation username and password to access their benefit information. Kiosk can also take forms of payment from employees if they decide to upgrade beyond their benefit or decide to purchase a second pair.

Scan written prescription at the kiosk
Employees scan a copy of their prescription for review. If they do not have a copy of their Rx, they can enter their doctor’s information in so Eyelation can contact the doctor and get a copy.

The kiosk functions like an ATM. It’s easy to use. The language displayed can be changed based on the user’s need. Simple touch multi-lingual interface

Ships fully assembled and internet connected
The kiosk requires very little space. The base is only 4 x 4. Kiosk are delivered ready for install. Simply roll it off the pallet and plug it in.

Ordering glasses is a 3 step process
When employees log into the system, they will see their cart on the left side of the screen. The cart lets the employee know if they have a benefit available and will apply it to the order as the employee adds items to the cart.

Step one --- Take Photo Kiosk are equipped with eye detection software. If the kiosk is unable to detect the employee’s eyes, they can use the red circles to pinpoint pupils. The image scales for the virtual try-on process but does not effect the measurements taken by the opticians.

As employees complete the 3 step process, the completed steps will be checked off.
The system guides users through the ordering process.

Step 2--- Scan Prescription
Employees scan their prescription for review by an optician before the order is processed.

Step 3--- Ordering Glasses
Employees virtually try-on frames. System guides them into the appropriate lens choice. Coatings and treatments can be added to the lenses such as anti-reflective, anti-fog, hard coating, and transitions. Companies can customize frames and options shown in the kiosk.

Billing and Invoicing Summary Billing
Semimonthly billing is issued by the distributor. A summary billing report is available on the admin site so that companies can get more detail that correlates to the invoices sent by the distributor.
