Instant Peso Padala (Same Day Pick-up)
A Money Remittance service in Philippine currency available for pick-up at LBC Branches.
Minimum sending amount is P100
Made available for pick-up at any LBC branch nationwide (for amounts equal or less than Php10,000)
Transactions up to Php75,000 may be picked up the same day (with designated pick-up branch)
Transactions over Php75,000 will be available for pick up the following day (with designated pick-up branch)
The receiver must provide the tracking number of the transactions and present valid ID government issued ID in order to pick up the funds.

7. IPP Encashment Policies and Procedure
In case the branch is offline during the transaction, customer associate shall perform offline processing where a SMS shall be sent to Money backroom to get a control number to be encoded in the POS.
Consignee may authorize representative to claim his/her money by presenting Valid ID, and photocopy of his ID and letter of authorization from the real consignee.
LOA must contain of the following:
full name of the consignee
full name of the authorized representative
tracking number of the transaction
amount to be claimed
type of ID and ID number of the representative
signature of both the consignee, customer claiming or representative

10. Bills Payments Policies and Procedure
We will not accept payment if:
Bills Xpress Collection System (BXCS) or Payment Collection System (PCS) are not installed or not working properly.
Printer is not operational.
2. LBC Associate shall always check the validity of check payment. A valid check:
Should be cross-checked, to signify for deposit only.
Should be payable to Biller only, meaning not second-endorsed.
Erasures and corrections should be countersigned.
Check should not be postdated or staled.
Amount in words should tally with the amount in figures.
Check should be signed.
Check should not be damaged and deformed

11. Sample Cross-checked
Check marked with two parallel lines drawn diagonally across its face (usually on the upper left-hand corner) with or without the words '&Co.' or 'not negotiable' between the lines.
A crossed check can only be deposited in a bank-account and (unlike a bearer check) cannot be cashed over a bank's counter.
A post-dated cheque is a cheque issued with a written date in the future or dated after the date of issue.

13. Send and Swipe FAQs
Can customer encash the balance at LBC Branch? - No
2. Is there an initial load amount required to activate my LBC Send & Swipe Card? – No. The LBC SNS card is already active upon issuance.
3. Is there a transaction fee/charge when I use my LBC Send & Swipe Card? –
There are no transaction fees if you pay at any accredited BancNet or Visa merchants or withdraw from an RCBC or RCBC Savings bank ATM.
However, a minimum fee will be charged from your card if you withdraw from a non RCBC or non RCBC Savings Bank ATMs or other BancNet, Megalink, Expressnet ATMs nationwide or Visa ATMs worldwide.

14. Send and Swipe FAQs
4. How long can I use my LBC Send & Swipe Card? - You may use your LBC Send & Swipe card up to the expiration date stated on the card. Before it expires, you can request for a new card at any LBC branch in the Philippines.
5. Is there a minimum maintaining balance for the LBC Send & Swipe Card? - None. The cardholder may exhaust up to the last centavo of the card. However, a cardholder can only load up to P100, per month.
6. What currency will be displayed/dispensed if I use the LBC Send & Swipe Card abroad? - If you use the LBC Send & Swipe card abroad for a balance inquiry, withdrawal or purchases, the applicable currency is the currency of the country where it is used. The conversion rate to be used will be based on the Visa Foreign Exchange Rate.

Shipper pays the freight in advance for a service to be availed in the future.
It is a prepaid service represented by a pre-bar coded receptacle of the chosen service to be used by the consignee in sending the reply

Consignee will just send the response using the given receptacles at any LBC branches FREE of charge.
Service is valid for six (6) months from date of transaction.

29. EXPRESS SERVICES LCL Cargo
Any shipment with commercial value, not occupying a full container and with delivery requirement of at minimum of 8-9 days bound to specific destinations shall be considered Less than a container load, or LCL.
Pricing of LCL is per CBM (cubic meter, computed by getting the product of length, width and height of an item) and corresponding fractional value, up to two decimal places.
Senders from selected cities can even have their cargoes picked up from their stores or warehouses.

Pier to Pier – Customer brings the item to the branch for pick up by consignee in an LBC (SCS) Warehouse.
Pier to Door - Customer brings the item to the branch for to be delivered to consignee’s address.

A quicker way of applying for a new passport thru hotline of Tel-PPT (02) Applicants now have the practical option of going to the nearest LBC branch nationwide to submit all requirements. Upon release of new passport, we will have it delivered anywhere in the Philippines via LBC express Delivery.

38. THE LBC EXPRESS CARD
It is a free personalized card to be issued to all LBC shippers and consignees which will store personal details of customer and has capability of monitoring transactions.
It is a KYC tool of LBC as required by the AMLC in its efforts to capture money laundering activities
It is designed to limit the possibility of non identification of persons transacting with LBC. It helps in limiting the ability of launderers to use LBC in the illegal activity.
LBC Express Card should be presented by the client in transacting with any LBC branch
