3. BASIC INFORMATION OF CONCEPTUAL DESIGN:
Starting station of gondola: „Hajdučke vode” (803 meters of altitude).
Ending station of gondola: Monastery Liplje (381 meters of altitude).
Planned length of gondola is meters.
In this area there is a great tourist potential (Banja Vrućica is only 25 kilometers away, and Hotel Hajdučke vode and monastery Liplje also possess a great tourist potential which is not used enough).
The goal of the project is enrichment and integration of tourist offer in the area of mountain, spa and religious tourism.

4. TOURIST POTENTIAL OF HOTEL HAJDUČKE VODE:
It is located on the mountain Borje, 32 km away from Teslić, 26 km from Kotor Varoš and 60 km from Banja Luka.
It is on attractive location in the heart of a pine forrest which makes it a unique air spa in the wider area.
The hotel possesses luxurous accommodation capacities, diverse gastronomic offers, „wellness” , „fitness” and other sports and entertainment contents.
Inside tourist complex there are numerous sports fields, a football pitch, a futsal pitch, a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, handball court, skiing track, and bowling alley (swimming pool is under construction), which represent very favourable conditions for preparation of professional athletes.
Also, the hotel offers a possibility of organization of various business events in conference room of the capacity of a hundred seating positions which presents excellent conditions for organizations of seminars, lectures and various business conferences.

5. TOURIST POTENTIALS OF MONASTERY LIPLJE:
• The medieval Serbian Orthodox monastery Liplje has great potential for religious tourism which is not nearly utilized, primarily due to poor road infrastructure.
• According to popular legend, the monastery was founded by Saint Sava in Its unique architecture makes it one of the most beautiful sacral buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Located halfway between Banja Luka - Doboj (highway M4) on the north side of the mountain Borje on a gentle plateau on the mouth of the stream Mliječanica in the river Bistrica. From this road at the bus station Klupe, You turn to the road that leads to the monastery that is 12 kilometers away.
• Monastery Liplje has throughout its history repeatedly been devastated and rebuilt. It was renovated for the last time in 1984.
• The main monastery synods during the year are: the Annunciation-the glory of the monastery, Petrine carnival, Sunday at St. Elias - anniversary of the latest restoration of the monastery, Intercession of the Theotokos, Christmas and St. Sava. The largest number of faithful (tourists) visit the monastery mostly to these synods.
