Quick Guide
After washing hands, remove all components of the Express Pack
Make sure that the power cable is connected correctly
Make sure the white valve membrane is connected to the valve head.
Attach the valve head to the breast shield.
Attach the bottle to breast shield and tubing to the back of the breast shield
Insert tubing to side of the pump, double pumping can also take place
Place breast shield centrally over the nipple

Change
Turn the pump on by pressing the on/off button, vacuum can be adjusted by turning the central dial, you should turn it up till it feels slightly uncomfortable and then turn it down one droplet. The change button should be pressed once milk appears in the breast shield, this will enable the expressing to take place.
