American Cancer Society Mobile Fundraising App Features: Download the APP off the APP store Sign in with your account Ask for donations & send donation reminders via SMS, , Facebook or Twitter at the beginning of the meeting. Edit the messages to let them know this is a competition! All donations collected appear on the website immediately! Plus, you can attribute the donations to a registered individual, team or event, send receipts & thank your generous donors – all from within the app! Iphone and Android Compatible. Free to download, register for the event then use! Tell them its easy to do off site fundraisers that way.

Quickly look at the sign in sheet and then have someone help you look up the fundraising totals for each so that way you can recognize all teams in attendance who have fundraised. Hope club acknowledgement, (has individually fundraised $100 to earn the shirt).

9 Relay for Life of UH Manoa
Event Details 12th Annual Relay for Life of UH Manoa Saturday April 8, 2017 5pm-1amTC Ching Field Time Change update! Please explain that this is due to the televised volleyball game

10 Mr. Relay Competition Nominate one member of your team and dress them up in their best Relay Purple/tie dye spirit and team spirit- represent! Each participant will come on stage and will do a short dance or movement to get people excited Encourage them to go around to collect donations all credited to your team. Bring dollars/change to support your team member

$0 registration fee *All members need to be registered to attend event. Focus on helping to get their team more fundraising. 30% of all Relay fundraising comes from online donations/solicitations.

Survivors & Caregivers Help us get survivors and caregivers to our event! Invite your friends and family who have been touched by cancer. They need to Register at Foods, Shirt, Celebration! Importance of registering!!!! To get proper tshirt size as well as have accurate count for activities/food.

14 Luminaria Luminaria Purchase a Luminaria bag for $5 to honor a loved one battling cancer or in memory of someone lost to cancer. Teams that sell luminaria will have that credited to their team fundraising. Pick bags up at Team Captain meetings or

15 Event Logistics Rules of the track
No food on the track (clean up after yourself) No alcohol or any tobacco products including ecigs No pets No staking, bring weights All team members need to check in at registration and will be given a wrist band. This is required by UH rules.

16 Event Logistics Teams can arrive starting at 4pm Parking is $6 cash
Registered Survivors will get free parking passes Teams must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Bring carts to roll your stuff to your tent sites No jail this year.

If you earned a shirt prior to deadline, you can pick it up at Registration. Team Captains will also be able to pick up shirt on day of

Teams with 10 or more registered participants can get a second tent site Teams with equal amounts will be based on registered members
