Categorizing To categorize means to sort into groups. One detail can fit into more than one category. When you take notes on your details, tag them with relevant categories to help you sort them later. When you are finished tagging all of your notes, look at the tags to see which details might go together well. Use these groups to create your paragraphs in your draft.
