Designing and building LLAF PORTAL The portal has become a major instrument for quality communication and management of the project. All financial reports are conducted via the Portal. Mini working forums for the 4 workgroups. 2. Development of the NEW PLN PLATFORM for concentrating, sharing and creating knowledge Learning to Know: Teach learners how to obtain information and media literacy. Learning to Do: Acquire new practices and become “adaptive learners”. Learning to Live Together: Create new communities of teachers and learners. Learning to Be: A tool for focusing on personal growth of professionals. The partners expressed growing interest in the potential of this platform which is currently piloted in several institutes in Israel and EU. Learning Outcomes Example 1 Identifying the learning outcomes enabled me: To BUILD a syllabus that reflected these outcomes. To FOCUS on Class Activities and Assignment that are tailored to the learning outcomes. To ADOPT the concepts of knowing, doing and being in a class. Impact on Participants (Beneficiaries)
• 40 students from the department of "Technology Marketing" are participating in the PLN pilot. • Approximately 700 students will participate in the "TULIP" courses in 2018. Students • Two lecturers from "Technology Marketing" department are doing the PLN pilot during one semester until January • 23 lecturers were trained and acquiring new LLL skills to develop their international courses. Staff 7 departments were participated in three days of training to learn the importance of internationalization, Bologna syllabi, learning technologies based on LLAF strategies and methods. Department • SAP management, the unit for teaching quality and the international programs office were initiate and launch "TULIP" program, and build the annual plan. • The Marketing department also involves in "TULIP" program and new branding was designed and developed. • The IT developed the new international LMS with innovative tools which enriching the students, facilitating the lecturers and supporting LLAF beliefs. Management LLAF project draws the vision to initiate new internal program in SAP to increase the awareness of the significant of setting student in more central roles. Institution LLAF project increased the awareness of the significant of setting student in more central roles, the empowerment of the student, encourage critical thinking and the capability to share knowledge and work with a team by using different methods.
