3. Citrix – Logon – Onsite Agents
Access URL:
Login: Windows Login
Password: Windows Password
Click the Log On button

4. Citrix – Logon – Work-at-Home Agents
Access URL:
Login: Windows Login
Password: Windows Password
Token: Code generated by WikID
Click the Log On button

5. Receiver Detection
Next, click on the Detect Receiver button

6. Download Prompt
If your system does not have the proper Citrix Receiver loaded, you will be prompted to load it here
Select the “I agree” checkbox (yellow box) and then click on the Download button

7. Saving Downloaded Content
Downloading file will appear in the lower left corner of the window (red box)
When it is indicated that the file has completely downloaded (when only the file name appears or you see this icon ), click on it to complete the installation
Once installation is complete, click the Continue button
A “Save as” dialog box as shown will appear if the Download folder is not used by default
Allow the file to save at the location it prompts and click on the Save button

8. Citrix Receiver Initialization
When the installer is launched, click Start to begin the installation

9. License Agreement
First window to appear after Start will be to prompt acceptance of the License Agreement
Click in the “I accept” check box (blue box)
Then click the Install button

10. Installing Progress Bar
As the Citrix Receiver is installing, you will be presented with a progress bar as shown

11. Successful Installation
Once complete, you will be provided with a window as shown to the right
Click on Finish to launch Citrix

12. Saving Downloaded Content
The “Open Citrix Receiver Launcher?” dialog box will appear
The three blue options within the main window require you to select one of three things:
Detect again (to determine if download occurred)
Download again (to save the file once again)
Already installed (which is the desired selection if installation was completed)
Click the “Always open” check box in the upper window to remove this prompt in the future
Click Open Citrix Receiver Launcher button

13. Citrix – Additional Download
After clicking on Already installed, you will be taken to the Citrix Storefront
Click on the monitor shown here “____ Agent Desktop”
This will prompt a file to download as well (shown in the bottom left corner – red box)
Click on the arrow next to the file here and select “Always Open Files of This Type” as shown in green above

14. Add Account Window - Instructions
Upon your first launch of the Citrix desktop, you will likely be greeted by this pop-up window. Information is NOT required here
Merely click the check box which is highlighted in red and click the Close button
Then you are on the Citrix Desktop
