What does your current study environment look like?
Do you: Study at a desk? Have your phone on and nearby? Find yourself at the kitchen bench completing homework? Visit the fridge regularly when studying? Watch TV while studying or completing homework? Get distracted from others in the household?

45 minutes study, 15 minute break, 45 minutes study 3x30 minutes sessions with breaks in between The value of sleep cannot be underestimated- Get to bed at a reasonable hour.

Eliminate Distractions
Keep your phone away and only check it when you are having breaks Have water nearby and avoid visiting the fridge every 10 minutes

Make the goals that you have set for yourself visible

Background Music Studying with headphones on tends to decrease retention/memory, whereas music in the background can be an aid to study. The difference between the two deals with how close the input of sound is.
