Students previously receiving accommodations in high school under IDEA or Section 504.

7. How To Establish Eligibility
Submit documentation of a disability to verify eligibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Amendment Act of 2008 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
Request for services must be initiated by the student
The student must schedule an intake appointment with Accessibility Resource Center
