2. Diseases Caused By Ponce De Leon
Ponce De Leon came to Florida with diseases and spread it to the Indians those diseases are Small Pox, Measles, and the flu.The Indians did not now these diseases so they weren't prepared some left their homes.

3. The Spanish and Indians in Florida.
Spanish explorers Juan Ponce Leon explored the coast Florida in It was Easter week – PASQUA FLORIDA IN SPANESH – When he landed and so the land was called Florida. The primary goal of the expedition was to obtain slaves. At this time, the Spanish were interested in Americans as laborers, guides, porters, and suppliers of food. While one of the common misconceptions repeated in history is that Ponce De Leon was looking for a fountain of youth, he was really looking for slaves who would add to his wealth.

4. Food They Eat
The Seminole man hunted for the food. The Seminole ate fruit and meat and got water from the pond. The fruit was grapes, pares, apples, and lots other fruits and vegies. The meat is cow, deer, rabbits, and fish. When the Seminole Indians drunk from the pound some Indians drink from the pound of the fountain of youth because they believed that it will make you young forever but it was not true.

The Seminoles clashed with American settlers over land and over escaped slaves who found refuge among the Seminoles. They resisted the government's efforts to move them to the Indian territory west of the Mississippi. Between 1818 and 1858, three wars were fought between Seminoles and the United States government. The descendants of the Seminoles and Miccosukees who refused to surrender or leave are now part of Florida's modern economy.
