The PI discusses how a propeller is use for helicopter flight with science fair participants at the UH Charter School.

Professor Stokes host a laboratory tour for seniors attending Austin High School (Houston Independent School district) .
Graduate student Stephen Tsui give a demo on superconductivity and magnet levitation.

Professor Stokes host a laboratory tour for students from Bear Branch Elementary (Humble Independent School District) .
Students enjoy playing with a demo on superconductivity and magnet levitation.

6. As part of a Martin Luther King Visiting Professor at Wayne State University, the Dr. Stokes spoke to 7th and 8th grade science classes at the Detroit Academy for Science, Mathematics and Technology. Several of those students and their teacher attended a technical colloquium which was presented to the Department of Physics at Wayne State University.
