To give my students all the tools and strategies to be good readers and thinkers.
To provide my students with the academic and social skills needed to progress to 4th grade.
To provide my students with strategies to pass the end of the year reading and math tests.

Monday-Friday: PE with Coach Borrel

7. Attendance
Students must bring in a note when they are absent (within 3 days of absence). Only acceptable excused absences are: student illness, death in family, observance of a mandated religious holiday. 10 Tardies = 1 referral 3 unexcused absences = 1 referral 5 unexcused Early Dismissal = 1 referral

12. Academic Dishonesty
Cheating will not be tolerated on any assignment that is completed .
1st time – F on assignment and a Notice
of Misconduct
2nd time – F on assignment, a Notice of Misconduct, and loss of privilege
3rd time – F on assignment, a Notice of Misconduct, loss of privilege, and a referral.

13. Green Mater Sweaters or Jackets.
School Uniform
Students can only wear:
Yellow Polo Shirt and Khaki pants
Green Mater Sweaters or Jackets.
Uniform shirts must be tucked in at all times.
Wear a belt.
Students may wear
Mater T-shirt on Fridays.
Fridays are JEANS DAY for a $1.00.
NO DOLLAR, NO JEANS!

Our classroom can get chilly, make sure to send your child to school with their green sweater.
Send your child to school with
a water bottle.
Encourage your child to maintain
a neat desk and backpack! Many
papers/ assignments get lost
along the way in a messy desk.
