Data CSSR & RRC CSSR & RRC Service & erab CSsr Analysis: The CSSR for Data ,RRC,RRC service and eRAB of the neighbor sites are 99.80%, 99.92%, 99.95%, 99.89% which has a slight degradation compare with the baseline 99.86%, 99.95%, 99.97%, 99.91%. The degradation is mainly cause by the adjusting of qrxlevmin (from -120 to -124) which aiming to keep more users on 4G, the subscribe at the cell edge will stick to LTE with low poor RF condition while the 4G total volume increased as a result, it’s an exceptional decrease just as below summary in mail. Baseline qrxlevmin Result © Ericsson AB 2017

eRAB Drop Call Rate Analysis: The eRAB DCR for the neighbor site is 0.13% which is worse than baseline 0.08% was mainly due to the CA layer management parameters changed on whole OKV. CA layer management parameters was aiming to keep more users on 4G, which means the subscribe in cell edge will stick to LTE with low poor RF condition while the 4G total volume increased as a result, it’s an exceptional decrease just as below summary in mail. UL Packet Loss Rate Analysis: The UL Packet Loss Rate for the neighbor site is 0.19% which is a litter worse than baseline(0%). UL Packet Loss Rate increase since feature TCPO activated. Feature TCPO will impact on counter pmpdcpPktLostUI shows in Alex. The TCP Optimization feature is useful to provide a low queuing delay, while maintaining high link utilization and thereby improving the perceived end-user performance in terms of system responsiveness without sacrificing throughput. The feature is also capable of maintaining a more stable cell throughput under load, and will benefit the DL packet loss as below; UL Package Loss Rate=100*[pmpdcpPktLostUI/(pmpdcpPktLostUI+pmpdcpPktReceivedUI)] Feature TCPO Activated Result Baseline © Ericsson AB 2017

Intra-LTE Handover Success Rate Analysis: The Intra LTE Handover Success Rate for the neighbor site is 99.72%, which is a little worse than baseline(99.81%). The decreasing in a2 and a5 (a2ThresholdRsrpPrim -114 and a5Threshold1Rsrp -117 for L2600) were aiming to keep more users on LTE especially in L2600, which means the subscribe in cell edge will stick to L2600 with low poor RF condition while the LTE total volume increased as a result. Network Availability Cell Level Analysis: The baseline for the neighboring site network availability is 99.81%,the result KPI is 99.72%, as below picture shows that network availability Trend chart, During the result time period, the Availability is below the baseline, Fetching the related counters shows top 15 cells, The mainly contribute is the cell EL20254.it is due to site alarm, and KPI recovery in the later days. Voice Traffic (LTE+3G+2G) Analysis: The Voice Traffic (LTE+3G+2G) for the neighbor site is which is a little lower than baseline More users have more activities on data instead of voice. So we can see that data traffic increased a lot through below picture. Baseline Result © Ericsson AB 2017
