A portal to access all YCI resources, documents, templates and available training materials, as well as detailed step by step guidelines to take you through programme implementation and operations Who is My YCI for? Partners at local, regional and corporate level both from hotel and non-profit partners

Key Features My YCI panel – the top panel on the right hand side. Access and edit your profile and return to the homepage here Programme Resources panel – the second panel on the right hand side. Access training resources, created by the YCI team here, and access the YCI Partners’ Network on LinkedIn Dashboards – the yellow buttons on the bottom left hand side. This is where you can find key resources for Hotel and Non-Profit partners Members panel – the bottom panel on the right hand side. This is where you can see all My YCI members and interact with them, you can also do this via the YCI Partners’ Network on LinkedIn

How to set up your profile
On any page in My YCI, click on ‘My Profile’ in the ‘My YCI’ panel Fill in the form with your details, adding LinkedIn, Twitter, a profile picture and a short biography When you’re done, click on ‘save all changes’ You can keep track of your own and others’ activity on My YCI by clicking on their profile picture in the ‘Members’ panel.

My Profile Activity – a log of user activity on My YCI
Profile – navigates to the user’s profile. If you are on your own profile, you have the option to edit it. Notifications – a log of all notifications received, i.e. when someone mentions you in a comment by Settings – change your password, and other details here Personal – a log of the user’s activity, and if on your own profile, you have the option to share an update with other My YCI members Mentions and favourites – logs of these interactions by the user

Programme Materials Materials are broken down into two categories
Downloadable Resources - these include PowerPoint presentations and other useful tools Online Resources – these are open source resources and online training materials which we feel will be of use to partners YCI on LinkedIn YCI Partners Network – private group for YCI partners on LinkedIn Good Practice – highlighting examples of good practice from our hotel and Non-Profit Partners Submit resources – share online and offline tools with fellow YCI partners

YCI Partners Network Engage with fellow YCI partners and the YCI Team in our new private group on LinkedIn This is a closed group for you to discuss any issues or successes such as operational challenges and good practices that you have come across or implemented and want to share with the network to look for solutions, other points of view and inspire others to replicate your good practice . Ask questions about YCI operations (challenges/successes) so that other partners and the YCI Global Team can discuss these queries with you.
