Anatomy of a polar Bear Polar bears have thick, white fur.
They weigh 1,500 pounds. They have fat to keep them warm. Polar Bears have big webbed front paws for swimming. Cubs have wide paws.

Habitat of a polar Bear Polar bears live where there is ice and snow.
They live in the Arctic. Polar bears sometimes live on islands in the Arctic Ocean. They live at the top of the world. Polar bears migrate hundreds of miles.

Life CYCLE of a polar bear
The mom POLAR BEAR GIVES BIRTH TO TWO CUBS AT A TIME. THE CUBS ARE BORN IN THEIR SNOW DEN. THE MOM POLAR BEAR KEERPS THE CUBS WARM. WHEN THE CUBS ARE BORN, THEY ARE CLEAR WHITE. THE CUBS WILL STAY WITH THEIR MOM UNTIL THEY ARE THREE YRS. OLD.

INTERESTING FACTS OF A POLAR BEAR
POLAR BEARS ARE GOOD HUNTERS. POLAR BEARS EAT, SEALS, FISH, AND walruses. Mom polar bears find food for cubs. The mom teaches the cubs how to hunt seals. The male polar bear weighs up to a thousand pounds.
