NorCal allows for solo referees on U8-U11 games
LRA struggles to fulfill all referee slots
Therefore……..
All referees with a ranking of 9 or higher (center, AR) cannot self assign AR slots on any 7v7, 9v9 games unless no 11v11 slots available or mentoring a referee
All referees with a ranking of 8 or below can self assign AR slots on 7v7, 9v9 games
