Pasta Sauce:
Ingredients:
200g Tinned Tomatoes
½ Tin Water
1/2 Small Onion
1tsp Mixed Herbs
Salt/Pepper/Spices
1/2 Stock Cube
10g of each additional ingredient
Method:
Collect Equipment
Prepare all vegetables, peel and chop onion and peppers, slice mushroom, place on a plate
Open all tins
Cut any meat into small pieces
Put all ingredients into a saucepan apart from cream and wine and bring to simmering point
Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes
Turn off the heat, stir in the cream and wine
