From I-95 take exit #166A (Newington/ Fort Belvoir exit) From this ramp you travel southeast on the Fairfax County Parkway to Route 1/Richmond Highway. Turn left (north) onto Route 1 where you will immediately see the Tulley Gate entrance to your right. If you have a CAC you are permitted to use any gate. If you only have your license you must use the Tulley Gate. If you choose to go through the Tulley Gate, follow the road and turn right onto Gunston Road.  Turn left onto 18th Street.
