Storing food has economical, health and safety advantages. What would those advantages be? Housing developments and apartment complexes keep springing up in order to accommodate an ever-growing population. How does this affect the food supply? What other effects does an increasing population have on people and communities? Since hunger is a problem in the world, food waste deeply concerns many people. Waste can be managed on both a large and small scale – by the food industry and in personal lives. What steps could be taken in each?
