Responsibility Kabul Municipality is a public law office that operates in order to provide urban services in the field of designing and implementing urban plans for the construction and development of the city of Kabul. This organization is in line with the goals and policies of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in the filed of Kabul service areas.

Infrastructure Plan With Value of around 97 million $ for 2017-2018
Create of Public Transport Master Plan (BRT) Feasibility studies and design for solving traffic problems at four points. Construction of Canals in various district.( Wazer Abad Canal) Survey and Design of 92 KM Road.

Construction of 119 KM (519 KM- 7 Meter road) in different districts, Construction and Concert of 213 KM Concert of sq.m in different districts.

One of Kabul Municipality Project:
Bidding Opportunity: One of Kabul Municipality Project: Kabul Municipal Development Program is granted US$110 million fund and will be financed through the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF)/ Grant. -Program Duration is: From April To 21- June 2021. -From the Total Grant US$91.5 million is allocated for Upgrading Infrastructure Projects. -So far US$ 61 million is contracted and implemented. -And US$ 30.5 million budget is available for Afghanistan Contracting Industry. - Contract Package Size : Between US$ 500,000 -2,000,000

Bidding Document : Request Letter (RL):
RL Should be in Company letter Head. Project Name. Contract Package Number. Authorized signatory (President /Voice President of the Company). Signed and stamped. Copy of Valid License attached to the RL. Bid cost for some project is AFN 1500. Companies can obtain the Bidding document from KMDP office from Saturday to Wednesday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Minimum Requirements of Bid Submission: Sr. No. Information / Document 1 Bid Securing Bank Guarantee 2 Contractor’s Bid ( No change in the format will be acceptable) 3 Priced Bill of Quantity (as hard copy of Unpriced BOQ distributed). It is recommended: Bidders should ensure that prices for all the items are filled and rechecked for any arithmetical errors. 4 Qualification Information

Power of Attorney (PA) in favor of the signatory. Constitution or legal Status of the Bidder. (AISA License) Joint Venture (JV) Agreement or a Letter of Intent to execute a Joint Venture Agreement (if Bid by a JV) Financial reports for the last 3 years: balance sheets, profit and loss statements, auditors’ reports, etc. Name, address, and telephone, telex, and facsimile numbers of Banks that may provide references if contacted by the Employer. Information on current litigation(s) in which the Bidder is involved Proposed Program (work method and schedule). Proposals for subcontracting components of the Works amounting to more than 10 percent of the Contract Price. (Celling for Sub Contract is 20%)
