Perform a SWOT analysis on “Interface Flor” You only need to identify 1 of each factor but provide reasoning on what the impacts of each will be on the company
Based on your SWOT analysis, what stage in its lifecycle do you think the business is in? Explain why you believe that is.
Develop 2 or 3 strategies they could use to progress the company to the next growth stage in its lifecycle.
