Narrative Highlight Report: November 2016 Team update The CCG continued to be supported by Ros Brooks, Account Manager and the wider Arden & GEM Communications and Social Marketing hub team during November and by Charlie Bradley, Head of ECM for Birm, Solihull and Black Country. Campaigns and awards The Stay Well This Winter campaign continued with focus on flu immunisation for asthma/respiratory conditions 16 Days of Action campaign for domestic abuse with a joined up media release with Solihull Council with both ‘signing the pledge’ Care Navigators update story used for Solihull Together newsletter Two HSJ Value in Healthcare Awards – Cancer Training and Diabetes MDT joined up with quotes from Macmillan, Diabetes UK and HEFT Issues management Responses were prepared for the potential media around Maundsley Hall and Aran Court A quiet month for Solihull CCG mentions in media – but quite a few potential media enquiries were managed including children’s mental health figures published by the Royal College of Psychiatrists The Urgent Care Pop-up /Walk-In Centre changes were supported. Posters/TV screensavers were designed supporting north Solihull Urgent Primary Care over Christmas STP support Strategic communications advice was given on the BSol STP including an Engagement event Innovations A Diabetes poster supporting a Nurse/Diabetes specialist group was submitted at the PCDS Awards ceremony A Stay Well Facebook page was launched and achieved a total reach of 20,261 in November alone Design and web activity Further development of the Harmonised Treatment Policy pages and alignment with Birmingham New extranet work commenced – team reviewing current intranet pages for migration to a members login
