2. How we started….
Our Service history commenced decades back. We were the sole service providers of high-level meetings in the city of Addis Ababa by then. Our service started with the historic Africa Hall, which still is one of Addis Ababa's landmarks.
Inaugurated in 1961 by H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie, Africa Hall has been host to numerous meetings, and African Heads of State’s decisions, among which the adoption of the Charter of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) is one.
This has been immortalized by the artwork located within the Africa Hall, depicting the founding fathers of the OAU. The 150-square meter stained glass window in the foyer of Africa Hall was designed by the world famous Artist, Maître Afework Tekle. The artwork, divided into three parts, tells the story of "Africa Then", "Africa Then and Now", and "Africa Now and in the Future".

3. Africa Hall is now complemented by another state-of-the-art building - the ECA Conference Center, which is a modern Conference Facility that was inaugurated in 2000.
Through this added facility, we expanded our capacity from one plenary hall and two breakout rooms to additional two plenary rooms, 10 caucus rooms, two briefing rooms, various offices for conference organizers, 2100sq.m exhibition concourse, delegates dining room, delegates bar, banquet hall, cafeteria, health care center and business center. …

11. Exhibition area:

Exhibition booths are available on rental basis - the default is 6sqm and 9sqm arrangement, with accessories (chairs, tables, lights…) – booths can be made flexible in terms of size in line with client’s need.

12. Onsite catering:
Catering for all occasions, from champagne receptions to gala banquets – a wide variety of menus, all expertly prepared in the extensive kitchens of ECA Conference Center.
Kitchens are equipped to handle all styles of cooking.
For casual dining, there is a cafeteria located on the same building and another two cafeterias at different locations on the ECA compound. There is also a fast food corner on the same compound.
