Vine - lit., "to miss the mark," is used in the NT (a) of "sinning" against God

6. The sinner is without excuse!
The universal nature of sin is - no excuse
Even though the results may be good, evil is wrong

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse

8. The sinner must be convicted!
Being “convicted” means to “convince” the sinner of his error

12. Conclusion What have you done about your sins?
Have you been baptized so your sins will be washed away?

As a Christian, have you repented and prayed for forgiveness from God and those you may have sinned against and before?
