Unit 8 Project Personal Health Record
Complete a PHR or personal health record to be turned in week/unit 8 November 16th Worth 200 points Should be submitted in Word document format Self paced so begin now You will utilize forms that can be located at Note, the above can be accessed through which is also located in the Webliography section in Course Home The information you populate can be found within a fictitious medical record on Edward E. Newman FYI: For example, in the PHR there is a field for allergies. If Mr. Newman is allergic to penicillin, then you will enter penicillin in that field. Keep in mind not all of the fields will necessarily be completed. For example, when you get to the fields for past surgeries, if you find in his medical record that he has had no previous surgeries, then you will enter none. School of Health Science
