Below you will find the kindergarten enrichment cluster registration form. Please take some time and talk to your child about the choices that are reflected on this form. Your child may not get their first choice.
ALL forms are due back to school by Friday, December 16 at 11:00 am. Students who do not return a form will be completing the form at school with their classroom teacher. Your child will receive their enrichment cluster welcome letter on Friday, January 6, 2017.
