RESULTS:
Award structure has been created. The awards will be announced at the Hall of Fame event in November.
Feedback is being received. Overall positive feedback with some areas of improvement. We will be seeing some changes in the BizTown training as a result.
The welcome letter has been created and is being used when possible.
