Annual varicella outpatient visits with varicella coded as the primary diagnostic code ranged from 454 to 913 varicella outpatient visits for <1-year-olds, 5425–9094 for 1- to 9-year-olds, 1885–4502 for 10-to 19-year-olds, and 1709–4125 for 20- to 49-year-olds.
