Figure 2 (a) Percutaneous cholangiogram demonstrates the isolated collection of upper right-sided biliary ducts. The first session of serial alcohol ablation did not result in immediate fluoroscopic change in the appearance of the biliary ducts. However, subsequent clinical improvement was noted by the patient’s parents. (b) By the fourth and last session, the isolated biliary ducts were significantly smaller. (c) The external biliary catheter was removed and 1 mL of absolute alcohol was left in place.
