1. LF-10 Oil & Paste Capsule Filling Machine With Optional Nitrogen Capsule Flushing System
The LF-10 is a liquid capsule filling machine that rectifies, fills and closes capsules. Production capacity ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 capsules per hour, depending on capsules size and formulation.
The Nitrogen Flushing System helps reduces the amount of oxygen present in the closed liquid filled capsule. (optional)

2. LF-10 Product Hopper 8 Liter hopper and Stirrer
constructed out of 316 Stainless steel.
Water jacketed temperature control
Will fill products with viscosities of 100 to 1,000 cps.

3. LF-10 Pumping Assembly
Fill capsule sizes 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, & 4 along with certain DB capsule sizes. Two-piece hard gelatin or vegetable based capsules.
The LF-10 uses positive displacement to distribute the product into the base of the capsule.

4. Pump Assembly with Capsule Body Ring in place
The pump indexes to fill the product while the ring rotates.

6. Closure System
The LF-10 contains a horizontal closure system that allows for capsules to be closed securely and avoiding leakage of product during the closing process.

Liquid filled capsule with gelatin bands.
