14. Hearing Aids
Is an electronic device which allows a deaf person to hear sounds
Basic models simply amplify the sound and send it directly into the ear canal
Other devices can bypass the outer ear and cause direct vibrations on the bones of the middle ear
In more extreme cases, the outer and middle ear can be bypassed completely and __________
