Affiliate marketing is a unique form of online advertising that does not require the advertiser to produce or sell a product in order to make money.

The Publisher (Affiliate) The Advertiser Responsible for posting ads The goal of the affiliate is to make a commission from the clicks, leads, or sales generated by those ads The Publisher works through an affiliate network or directly from the Advertisers website Only interested in selling a product or service Pays the Publisher for clicks, leads, and sales generated from their ads The Advertiser hires an affiliate network to bring in Publishers to sell their products or services
