1. Rio Fardes Farm

2. Description
The farm is located in the basin of Rio Fardes just outside of the town of Gorafe, Granada province.
The farm has a total of 500 hectares.
75 hectares of olive groves with drip irrigation installed.
60 hectares of fallow land, low vega normally dedicated to cereal, alfalfa, and other 140 hectares of fallow land ( preparing to put olive drip irrigation).
220 hectares of other land

3. The surface area deeded to the farm is 444 acres, 24 areas and 90 centiáreas.
In the 75 hectares of olive groves there are about 1000 old olive trees, the rest are between 60 and 10 years.
The annual production is about 400,000 kg of olives
The quality of the olives in this area is so good that most production mills of Córdoba and Jaén is sent for sale overseas.
