The professionals in this field are responsible for formulating and implementing a plan that attracts the best students to their college or university. There are many job opportunities within the enrollment management field such as: Admissions counselors, directors, and deans, financial aid officers, registrars, and career development counselors. The average expected earnings of someone in the enrollment management field is $53,000 a year according to SimplyHired.com but salaries vary between institutions. Our group has conducted a series of interviews in order to acquire information on different professionals in this field. We were focused on learning about different jobs within the enrollment management area, various career paths, job responsibilities, degree requirements, favorable skills, and advice from seasoned professionals for young professionals ready to enter the enrollment management field.
