3 NCB background *NCB was established on 26th December 1953
*NCB having 282 branches , 234 for men and 48 for women. *The regional management in Eastern Region is in Al Khobar city , Al Huqait Tower.

4 NCB Vision &Mission The vision of the bank is to become the leading joint stock company in the field of corporate social responsibility and awareness. The mission of the bank is to introduce creative, innovative and non-profit corporate social responsibility program that contributes to the countries development and to continue with the banks corporate social responsibility initiatives.

5 Employees and projects performed
NCB employed 5399 employees, 88 percent of them are Saudi Arabians. The NCB was financed and managed a lot of successful projects, it include : the new towers in Mecca beside Al Haram , many towers in Jeddah and Riyadh, and thousands of projects with local contractors.

6 NCB financial indicators
The paid up capital of SR 17,000 million . Total assets of SR 257 billion. The net profit for the financial year ended 31st December 2011amounted to SR 4 billion The share holder’s equity as at the end of the year 2011totaled SR 29 billion, The return on average share holders equity in 2011amounted to percent The earnings per share in 2011amounted to SR 2.7.

7 Men and Women Branches Traditionally , Men’s branch is bigger than women braches as more men deal with the daily operations of the bank, and more men are engaged with bank’s activities. Employees are more , products also more. Women branches are smaller than men’s branches in employees who serve women , and the size of the branch offices are also smaller.

9 Customer service division
The task in this division is to welcome customers and help them , this task is empirically an application of what we learned at PMU , as the work life is much hard than theoretical study. Another thing that I was learned is to know the bank products , such as Qutaf Card, prepaid cards, Alforsan card , and Amialy card.

10 Marketing at NCB At PMU we theoretically learned about marketing , and the ways to convince customers with the product and the suitability to him , the marketing process was focused and stressed on two type of cards : Qutaf card , and prepaid card

11 Treasury division This division concern about the daily providing of money , receiving deposits , drawing checks , and paying loans and other payments. Treasury division is one of the most critical , sensitive , and important divisions of the bank , trainee cannot entered easily , and sometimes prohibited,

12 Real estate Financing Real estate financing : at the branch there are two types of loans : personal loans and housing loans. This division concerns about housing, and real estate loaning.
