IDK 10th and 11th? Keep on moving
Box 16: asks if you wish to participate in the College Board’s Student Search Service®, a free service that provides names of students to eligible educational organizations. Fill in the “Yes” circle in box 8 to let colleges, universities, scholarship programs, and educational opportunity organizations know that you are interested in receiving information about the educational and financial aid opportunities they offer. Colleges, universities, and scholarship programs that request it will receive information you provide to
the College Board. They will NOT receive your actual test scores or telephone numbers. If you do not answer and previously opted in to participate in this service, the College Board will continue providing your information. Box 21: asks that you indicate the highest level of education of your parents or guardians. Before test day, ask your parents which of these applies to them: \ Grade school
\ Some high school
\ High school diploma or equivalent \ Vocational or trade school
\ Some college
\ Associate or two-year degree
\ Bachelor’s or four-year degree
\ Some graduate or professional school \ Graduate or professional degree Box 23: Cumulative high school average for all academic subjects. This is just a ballpark number. Don’t get bogged down. Determine an approximate average before test day. 9th graders will complete this information in Box 12. Box 25: Find the college major that interests you the most. Choose a major from the Student Guide (p.6-8).

During the Test Active Proctoring
Take roll on both class rosters provided. One roster will stay in the classroom for reference purposes. One roster is for the attendance office...and will be collected from testing rooms before 9:00 AM. Admit any student who arrives late…with or without a pass…only until the time you begin reading the directions for Section 1. Students who arrive after Section 1 directions have already begun should be sent to the Central ATTENDANCE Office. Please mark these students absent on your roll. Do not allow a student to leave the testing room unless it is absolutely necessary. If it is necessary for a student to leave during one of the test sections, you must give the student a pass, and s/he must leave the testing materials closed on her/his desk. Advise the student s/he will not be able to make up the time lost. Only one student is allowed to leave the room at a time. During the 5-minute breaks, the Associate Supervisor must remain in the room. You may allow two students (one girl & one guy) to leave at the same time with the restroom passes. If the Proctor is available, s/he may quietly escort a small group of students to the restroom. Other rooms in the hallway will be in ‘testing mode’!! Testing (reading directions) must resume exactly 5 minutes after the beginning of the break.
18
After the Test (Complete list on handout.)
At the end of the testing session, ask the students to separate their answer document from their test booklet. Collect the testing materials from each student individually- all test books first, then answer sheets. Thoroughly check each answer sheet to see that required items have been completed/bubbled. Alphabetize the two stacks of used testing materials. Place the materials in the bins from top to bottom: 1) used answer documents; 2) used test books next; 3) unused answer documents; 4) unused test books on bottom.
