Implementation of the Preventative Strategies Plan across schools, and the implementation of school-level data analysis mechanism (Part Four and Fourteen, Provisions 37-39). Appointment of Ombuds Officer (Part Six, Provisions 33) Creation and implementation of guidelines to govern placements in alternative education (Part Nine, Provisions 45) Implementation of a coordinated professional development plan for staff (Part Eleven, Provisions , 57-63, 68-69, 72) Review of student data received pursuant to the MOU (Part Thirteen, Provisions 68 & 69) Review of the Manifestation Determination Review (“MDR”) Process (Part 8, Provision 41) Review of suspensions at the K-5 level (Part Nine, Provision 45)

Priority Area 1: Implementation of the Preventative Strategies Plan across schools, and the implementation of school-level data analysis mechanism (Part Four and Fourteen, Provisions 37-39). All schools submitted Preventative Strategies Plan for the school year The District continues to implement a behavior data tracking system The District engages staff in SchoolSTAT process Priority Area 2: Appointment of Ombuds Officer (Part Six, Provisions 33) Appointed on November 10, 2016

Priority Area 3: Creation and implementation of guidelines to govern placements in alternative education (Part Nine, Provisions 45) District-wide guidelines govern placements into alternative education programs Creation of Alternative Placement Committee (APC) Placement into alternative education is 53% lower than same point in the school year
