Introduction According to UNESCO, the quality of education can be expressed and measured by the following formula: Quality=[students(1 point)+textbook(2 points)+environment(3 points)+ pedagogy (4 points)] ×teacher 1

I. Excellence in Your Expertise in English
English Skills: Listening, Writing, Speaking, Reading, and Translating A. In particular, for teachers of English at middle school, pronunciation, intonation and fluency are crucial. Indeed, they should be given top priority. B. Additionally, four other elements should be given equal weighty in importance. They are, namely, accuracy, variety, elegance, and finally idiomaticity 2

Ability to get students interested in English Ability to facilitate the process of English learning on the part of students Ability to help students acquire English language in the most efficient and effective way possible Ability to find good approaches/ways to improve and advance students’ English Ability to conduct intercultural communication 3

Ability to employ different teaching methodologies, i.e. grammar-based, translation-based, audio-visual-based, audio-lingual-based, top-down, bottom-up, student-centered, communicative approaches Having passion for English Loving your job Cherishing students 4

Similarly, he also believed that imagination is more important than knowledge). Constantly reflect on what you have done in your teaching-related work, summarizing anything useful and effective from your teaching experience Improve and perfect your teaching skills and methods by applying fresh ideas and new approaches 10
