11 College/School level engagement

12 All undergraduate programs will identify success markers
Leveraging technology to support student success Advising Notes All advisors will take academic advising notes in SSC-Campus. Units with other preferred systems commit to uploading notes into SSC-Campus at least weekly. All undergraduate programs will identify success markers Give units access to their institutional reports. Schedule conversation to review data and select/refresh success markers. SSC Outreach Campaign at the College Level Goal is to launch one campaign for each undergraduate program to communicate with students who have not registered for a specific success marker and nudge them to do so. What are the barriers to these requests? Discussion.

13 Ask your advising leads about SSC-Campus
Next steps Ask your advising leads about SSC-Campus (need Banner access and FERPA training) Encourage engagement Explore the Institutional Reports Need names and G#s for those in your unit who should have access to these data Accept my invitation for a success marker refresher/success marker setting meeting early in the fall semester Academic Advising Assessment Summit on September 12, 2016 – invitation last week Student Learning Outcomes
