We use real hardwood logs that create an intense smoke flavor as well as a distinctive smoke ring. So whether you’re enjoying our brisket, pork, ribs, chicken on the bone, or even our Smokehouse wings, take note of the pink meat from the smoke ring, and enjoy! THE BRISKET Our signature dish, our beef brisket is seasoned for 24 hours, then smoked for 12 hours…everyday. We smoke the brisket whole, then slice the “flat” and pull the “point”. Catered orders served with some of each. PULLED PORK Inspired by pig roasts at “the shore” and slow smoked alongside our brisket for 12 hours. Served “Carolina Style” in a clear vinegar sauce. RIBS Extra meaty “Baby back” pork ribs are dry rubbed then smoked at least 5 hours to tender perfection. Finished by flashing them on our char broiler with a sweet BBQ sauce. CHICKEN ON THE BONE We quarter and dry rub our chicken, then smoke it just enough to make sure it’s moist when it gets to your event. Served with home made “Alabama white sauce”. JVPit beef Certified Angus Beef Bottom Round, cooked to perfection and sliced thin. Reminiscent of Baltimore Style Bull Roasts JVpit turkey Lean turkey breast smoked to juicy, melt in your mouth tenderness. Sliced thin. A great sandwich addition to our beef and pork.
