Day 1 Computer Lab- Research Chart: ( OR ) Today you will work individually. Each student must turn in their own research chart for an individual grade of 100 points. You must turn in your typed research chart to Ms. Hughey. Print off for a grade. These are due by the end of the period for a grade. Day 2-3 Computer Lab- Presentation: Today you will work as a group. Compile your individual research chart information into 1 chart. Choose the most important information from each chart. This information will be used in your power point and presented to the class. Separate work to be done: Each group member must do one of the following: Visual, Class Activity, PowerPoint & Student Notes to PowerPoint

Food Borne Illness Project 4 Main Components:
Visual (Poster) – must include: Name of FBI, Definition, Symptoms, How it is spread, What type of food it’s found in, & Prevention. The poster must be in color, neat, and legible. Class Activity (game) - must be: Student engaged, minimum of 5 minutes, and easy to understand/play. Ex: games, crosswords, word search, Bingo, etc. Power Point – must include: min 12 slides – max 15 slides, use bullet points, images, no paragraphs, must explain information and not read from slides when presenting. You may use notecards. (ALL GROUP MEMBERS MUST PRESENT) Power point must include a reference page slide Student Handout Notes Page (½ page – 1 page typed) – Ex: fill in the blank notes, graphic organizer, bullets, etc.
