Rotavirus Vaccine Recommendations
3 oral doses at 2, 4, and 6 months of age Series may be started as early as 6 weeks of age First dose should be administered between 6 and 12 weeks of age Vaccination should NOT be initiated for infants older than 12 weeks of age Minimum interval between subsequent doses is 4 weeks Source: MMWR 2006;55 (RR-12)
