End of Fall 16 term - Average GPA for the 127 active Bridge students was 2.106 Of 127 active Bridge students – 39 admitted to CCU for Spring 2017 (26.8%) Fall 2017 Goals 250 students Average GPA Fall 2017 = 2.5 Admit and transfer 30% Spring 2018 = 75 students Admit and transfer 40% Fall 2018 = 70 students Overall goal = transfer 58% of students admitted into Bridge program

3 Updates and Initiatives
Updated Bridge catalog Increased program fees to cover academic support initiatives to include Friday academic programming, workshops, tutoring specific to HGTC courses Process of hiring 6 Bridge Peer Guides and developing training Process of creating Bridge program informational videos Process of creating Bridge program specific orientation at CCU and HGTC Working with Student Life to include Bridge students in CINO TIE Working with Housing to move Bridge students in at the same time as regular students Working with HGTC to increase academic support to students through utilizing Academic Alerts

Created first CEaL program catalog Met with UNIV110 and ENGL 103 instructors to re-develop curriculums On The Big Read committee to select novel for Freshmen Working with offices of Leadership and Civic Engagement, Multicultural Services and Training, Development and Service Excellence to develop weekend activities Working with Student Life, LAC, Intramural Sports, Chant Life, Chant 411 and Academic Deans to schedule nightly activities Working with Student Life to include CEaL students in CINO Quest Process of hiring 5-6 CEaL Peer Guides and developing training
