5. Anyone who has ACKNOWLEDGED, REPENTED AND FORSAKEN his sins (John 3:16)
Someone who has been cleansed through the blood of Jesus, living by God’s grace and FREE FROM SINS (1John3:8,9; Galatians 1:4)
Someone who has surrendered his entire life to Jesus and is NOW LIVING IN THE NEWNESS OF LIFE (Romans 12:1,2; 2Corinthians 5:17)

Who is a believer?
