Step 1: Student – Coach
Mutually agreed time to talk
State your issue clearly and concisely
LISTEN
Understand that it sometimes means that you will agree to disagree
If an understanding is not achieved, make an appointment with the A.D.
Step 2: Parent – Coach
AFTER student-coach communication
NEVER at the end of a game
At least 24 hours after the incident
Only in the appropriate areas
Guidelines to be followed by all relatives and friends
