Brown Assistant Director (Supervisor) Brief how MICC OSBP is set-up and where/how you fit into the picture. Provide phone numbers for San Antonio HQ staff (don’t put on slides as numbers can change) or let them know where they are located in MICC Tri-fold. Explain how best not to send MICC HQ capability statements, but to market themselves directly to the centers/installations (MICC HQ does not do any procurement). If problems arise that require MICC involvement, let them know they can come directly to HQ (i.e., perception of unfair treatment, not getting responses from center/installation level; any complaints or great job stories).
