Internet of Things (IoT) – Using sensors, objects are able to process: “collect, request, supply, analyze, manage and exchange data”.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a technology for design, planning, monitoring and maintenance of buildings.

In view of the process of design, construction of buildings, and the building itself, and considering the broadening of horizons… for all buildings in a city… 3D simulations and modeling (BIM) of all objects in an information model (Ontology) being dynamically monitored (IoT).
The union of these concepts will lead to innovations both in researches and implementation.
