12 HOUSE REVISIONS EXTERIOR INTERIOR
No revisions are allowed on the exteriors of the house more specifically if it affects its façade. Extensions and improvements not affecting the design of the house are allowable and is subject for approval of the developer. The buyer must submit its plans and cost estimates to the company to be evaluated by the engineering team. INTERIOR Revisions and or improvements of the interiors of the house are allowed based on the following conditions: As long as the expansions/revisions will not affect the structural stability of the house. Any additional materials and or labor resulting from the revisions, its cost will be paid for by the client. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP

Furnished P50, Unfurnished P35,000.00 Exclusive of VAT and HOA dues NOTE: Marketing Service Fees is equivalent to one month rental. TERMS & CONDITIONS Minimum term is one (1) year contract, however, client may renew his/ her contract. We require three (3) months deposit and three (3) months advance, plus a minimum of nine (9) post dated checks (PDCs), depending on the number of years in contract. Furnished unit is with beds in all bedrooms, aircon in all bedrooms, curtains, dining table, gas range, refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, TV, and lightings. Price escalation is ten percent (10%) on the second year. Homeowners Association due is P15.00/ sq.m. per month (base on lot area) Electric and Water Bills will depend on client’s actual consumption. Additional payment of P for client’s Homeowner’s ID and another P for Car Pass (for each car). Five members may use the swimming pool for free. In excess of five (5), there will be a P charge per person.
